 A Christian’s participation in worldliness is like wearing a white suit of clothing down into a coal mine. You may be unspotted when you start down the shaft, but you won’t remain that way for long.
The same holds true for the Christian who begins a journey down the pathway of worldly pleasure. They may start out clean, but they will become spiritually soiled along the way.
It is not possible to wait upon the Lord and run with the devil at the same time. Therefore, “be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing and I will receive you,” (2Corinthians 6:14,17).
